A 34-year-old man, Mahesh Pakhre, was arrested by the Kurla Govt Railway Police (GRP) for allegedly sexually harassing a 24-year-old woman doctor at Mulund railway station around 1 am on November 15. He reportedly stalked, stared at and flashed her before being caught by police. He has been remanded to two days' custody and booked under BNS Sections 74 and 75.
