A 10-year-old girl was allegedly raped in Kasganj, UP. The accused opened fire on police during arrest. Kasganj SP Ankita Sharma said, "As police surrounded the accused, he opened fire at the cops. In retaliatory firing, he sustained a bullet wound on his leg. He has been admitted in hospital." Authorities recovered an illegal pistol and ammunition from his possession.
