A man named Sakur Khan Manganiyar who has been arrested from Jaisalmer on allegations of spying for Pakistan was a former assistant to a senior Congress leader. Manganiyar is also a government employee. Security agencies have been making series of arrests over spying allegations following the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 people.
