A man identified as Suhail was apprehended by villagers in UP's Deoria after he disguised himself by wearing a burqa as he tried to meet a Hindu woman. He was handed over to the police after locals apprehended him due to his suspicious behaviour. The woman's family has not filed any complaint against him so far.
