A tea seller named Prakash Mandal arrived on a goat cart to see PM Modi at his rally in Bihar's Bhagalpur. Mandal said that he brought his goats because they are "very dear" to him and added that they also love PM Modi. "Just as I’m a big fan of Modi Ji, my goats are too," he said.
