After killing his son-in-law in Bihar, the accused Prem Shankar Jha was beaten by an enraged mob of students and bystanders. Suffering serious injuries, he was admitted to DMCH under police custody. Due to his worsening condition, he was referred to Patna Medical College and Hospital. Police have registered a case, calling it a suspected honour killing.
