A man named Sitaram Keer was allegedly beaten to death by a mob in Rajasthan's Bhilwara district after his car hit a handcart in a market, police said. Keer, who was on his way to a function with friends, was reportedly pulled out of the vehicle and killed. The prime accused, Shareef Mohammad, has been arrested, officials added.
