A video has surfaced online showing a man beating a woman for allegedly feeding street dogs in a Ghaziabad society. The man can be seen repeatedly slapping the woman in the video. Notably, Supreme Court banned public feeding of stray dogs on Friday. Those found feeding dogs shall be liable to be proceeded with under relevant legal framework, it added.
