A man was arrested on Saturday after he allegedly beheaded his sister-in-law, then walked around carrying her severed head and the weapon he used in West Bengal's South 24 Parganas, according to the police. As per an initial probe, the incident occurred after the accused "engaged in a scuffle" with the victim the previous night, a police officer said.
