A man in Noida Sector-126 broke a society's boom barrier, with a video showing him ramming his car into a group of people. The accused and victims were arguing and abusing each other before the incident happened. Balwinder Singh, part of the group, broke both his legs in the incident and is in critical condition at a local hospital.
