A man was seen bursting firecrackers from the inside of a moving car in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow on Diwali on Monday. The video also showed that one of the crackers was also kept on the roof of the car, which kept bursting every two seconds. The Lucknow Police took action against the accused after its video was shared on X.
