Bombay High Court ruled that a man can be booked for rape over sexual intercourse with his wife if she's underage, irrespective of the girl's consent. The court was hearing a man's appeal against conviction under POCSO Act. The court added that it'd still be considered rape if the man had sexual intercourse with his wife without consent.
