A man was caught on camera while raping a street dog in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow. The incident was recorded by an onlooker and the video shows the man raping the dog while sitting on the stairs on the side of the road. "Police have arrested the accused person," Lucknow Police wrote on X while responding to the video.
