A 28-year-old man was charged with attempted murder in UK after two men were set on fire upon exiting mosques. The attacker, identified as Mohammed Abbkr, was alleged to have sprayed a substance on the men in separate attacks in London and Birmingham on February 27 and March 20. British counter-terrorism officers were called to assist in the investigation.
