A video showed a man coming out of the window of a moving car and climbing onto the roof amid traffic in Delhi. The video also showed a girl leaning out of car window and kissing him at a traffic signal. Reacting to the incident, Delhi Police fined the individuals involved under sections 179 and 184 of Motor Vehicles Act.
