A 64-year-old builder died by suicide at his Nalasopara East residence and left a note accusing moneylenders and two police constables of harassment over a private loan. The builder borrowed Rs 32 lakh from a private moneylender and was pressured to repay the loan by two constables, who also threatened to take over his building project.
