A 32-year-old man, Mohit Pandey, died in UP's Lucknow while being in police custody and his family alleged he was tortured following which a case was filed against an SHO and others. Meanwhile, a CCTV footage purportedly showing Pandey's final moments has surfaced. The clip shows him lying on the ground while other inmates comfort him.
