Radhakrishna Kurup, a resident of Pallickal in Kerala's Pathanamthitta district, filed a complaint against his neighbour Anil Kumar's rooster stating rooster's crowing at 3 am disturbed his sleep. The Adoor Revenue Divisional Office (RDO) officials conducted a site inspection and found that the rooster indeed disturbed Kurup's sleep and have asked Anil to relocate rooster within 14 days.
