A video of three youths lying on the roof of a speeding Ertiga on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway went viral after being recorded by a passerby. The car, registered to a Gurugram resident, was fined ₹12,000. Police said that they will identify the youths and file a case under IPC and Motor Vehicles Act.
