A man in France who said he was fired for 'not agreeing to his employers' definition of fun', won a case against them. The court said the man can't be 'forced' to participate in work drinking sessions and told his ex-employers to pay him £2,574. He was fired in 2015 for allegedly being 'boring' and 'tough to work with'.
