A 38-year-old man without a history of heart ailment, who regularly went to the gym, died of sudden cardiac arrest, according to his family. Robbie Basset from Wales was working away from his colleagues, who had grown concerned they had not seen him for some time. After they began searching the dock area beside the River Usk, his lifeless body was discovered.
