A man, named Akash, died by suicide for allegedly gambling away his mother's cancer treatment savings in an online rummy game in Tamil Nadu's Chennai, according to a Times of India report. After being scolded by his brother and mother for stealing ₹30,000 cash, the 26-year-old deceased went missing and was later found hanging on the terrace of the house.
