Gujarat Police arrived at the doorstep of a Kolkata-based man, who is a lawyer, after he gave a phone worth ₹49,000 to his wife, and she started using it. The police linked the phone's IMEI number to one which was used in a cybercrime. The couple filed a complaint against the owner of the shop from which it was purchased.
