Karate instructor Uday Kumar has been providing free karate training to girls from rural areas in Jharkhand for the last 32 years. Uday, who hails from Hazaribag, has trained nearly 40,000 girls, many of whom have gone on to win medals at both state and national levels. His motivation stems from a deep understanding of social challenges faced by girls.
