Man Infraconstruction, through its wholly-owned subsidiary MICL Global Inc, has acquired a 50% interest in Admire 1250 LLC for an initial capital contribution of $5 million. This newly incorporated entity in Delaware, USA, will be used for real estate development. Mr Vatsal Shah from the promoter group will be appointed as a manager.
