A man named Ashok Singh locked up a mother and her son for 15 months in a home over a property dispute in Jharkhand's Bokaro. Police rescued both of them, who were found living in extremely poor conditions without adequate food and water. Ashok, who had allegedly imprisoned them when they refused to sign some documents, was arrested.
