A man has been arrested for sexually exploiting a woman on the pretext of marriage in Delhi. The accused, who identified himself as 'Rahul' to the woman for three years, turned out to be Faizal Mughal during investigation, police said. The woman said he asked her to convert to Islam when she asked about marriage, following which she approached police.
