A 35-year-old French man rammed his car into pedestrians and cyclists in Western France, injuring at least five people and shouting "Allahu Akbar" when arrested by police. Two of the five injured are under intensive care, reported French media. The driver, suspected to be a resident in the area, was not on a watchlist of radicalised individuals, reported Reuters.
