A 22-year-old man was arrested for allegedly filming a 20-year-old woman while she was bathing at a government hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut. The woman was an attendant to her mother, a cancer patient, police said on Saturday. The victim told the police that she received the video clip from an unknown number and that the person was blackmailing her.
