An SUV driver has been booked for allegedly hitting an elderly man deliberately after the latter’s scooty collided with his car in Jammu, officials said. CCTV footage showed the accused driver coming out of his vehicle, saying something to the injured man and then fleeing the spot. Police have seized the vehicle and detained the owner. The driver is absconding.
