A man from Coimbatore has alleged that the food he ordered via Swiggy cost him 81% more than buying the same items directly from the restaurant just 2 km away. He shared screenshot of his Swiggy order, which totalled ₹1,473, while the same order, when purchased directly from the restaurant, cost him ₹810. "Is this...real cost of convenience?" he questioned.
