A businessman from Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad has sent a notice to the Municipal Commissioner demanding ₹5 lakh as compensation after his Mercedes was damaged due to waterlogging on the road caused by heavy rainfall, reports said. The car reportedly had to be towed after it broke down in Vasundhara. The man alleged the car was damaged due to negligence.
