US-based IT professional Derek Mobley said he was rejected or got no response despite sending resume to 100+ companies over more than two years. He noticed that in some cases, he got rejection emails in middle of night or within an hour of applying. Mobley then sued Workday, company behind applicant tracking system used by many companies he applied to.
