A man allegedly shot his estranged wife dead in a crowded market, following an argument over their ongoing divorce, in UP's Gorakhpur on Wednesday, police said. The accused, identified as Vishwakarma Chauhan, told police he felt "no regret" as his wife Mamta was "eating away his money". Police said Mamta was demanding child support and a farmland in the divorce.
