A Belarusian man slammed an 18-month-old Iranian boy head-first on the floor at a Russian airport, following which the boy landed in a coma. The incident caught on camera shows the man, identified as Vladimir Vitkov, looking to see if anyone was watching him before he picked the kid. The police are probing whether it was a racist attack.
