A man named Sameer Ranjan from Bihar's Bhagalpur was arrested for allegedly making a WhatsApp call to security agencies, threatening to kill PM Narendra Modi during his Bihar visit. The accused made the call from another person's mobile number. "It appears that the accused wanted to put the other person in trouble as they have a property dispute," police said.
