A video showed a man using a boat for going to work after the streets got flooded in UP's Prayagraj due to heavy rainfall. The man who was seen riding the boat from outside his home said, "We are facing great difficulty...It is raining too." Reportedly, over 15,000 houses in Prayagraj were submerged as Ganga, Yamuna crossed the danger mark.
