Two days after 50-year-old Indian national Chandra Nagamallaiah was beheaded by undocumented Cuban immigrant Yordanis Cobos-Martinez at a motel in US' Dallas, the DHS and ICE have begun his deportation process. Cobos-Martinez has a criminal record including child sex abuse and theft. The attack followed a dispute over a broken washing machine and was witnessed by Nagamallaiah's wife and son.
