A man named Ishant alias Ishu Gandhi, who allegedly fired at house of YouTuber Elvish Yadav, was arrested after being injured in a police encounter in Haryana. A video shows Ishant struggling to walk after being shot in the leg. "The accused fired more than half a dozen rounds from an automatic pistol at police during the encounter," police said.
