A man who was seen groping a burqa-clad woman and molesting her in broad daylight in UP's Moradabad was shot in a police encounter, News24 reported. The man, identified as Adil Saifi, was shot in the leg during the encounter and was seen apologising by holding his ears in a video. A case has been registered against him.
