A 53-year-old man admitted during a live TV interview that he killed and buried his parents eight years ago in their backyard in US. The man, Lorenz Kraus, who had also run for presidency in 2020, described it as mercy killings, saying his parents were becoming increasingly frail and he'd done his "duty". Police recovered the bodies during an investigation.
