A 66-year-old man who released wild rats near a mosque in UK's Sheffield avoided jail after admitting racially motivated crimes. The man, Edmund Fowler, drove to the Grand Mosque in Sheffield between May and June on four occasions and filmed himself taking the caged rats out of his car. Fowler has been banned from going near mosques for 18 months.
