An elderly British man suffering from Alzheimer's died of toxicity in the lungs after accidentally pouring white-coloured detergent powder into a cup of tea, mistaking it for milk. Doctors said 82-year-old David Hayes had accidentally ingested the liquid, which caused swelling in his lungs.
