A man wrapped himself in banana leaves and arrived at District Magistrate's (DM) office to file a complaint in Madhya Pradesh's Mandsaur. The man claimed that no action had been taken even though he'd informed authorities about illegal encroachment of government land in the village a year ago. He has reportedly been spending his own money to raise the issue.
