Amid heavy rain in Himachal Pradesh, visuals showed Raison toll in Manali being taken over by the Beas river's water. The river was seen flowing through the road where the toll is located. Himachal Pradesh has reported 12 flash floods since Monday evening. CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that main reason behind heavy rainfall is "climate change and global warming".
