Kevin De Bruyne, whose contract with Manchester City will expire this summer, said the club's decision to let him go was "a little bit" shocking. "I've not had any offer the whole year, they just took a decision...I was a bit surprised, but I just have to accept it," he stated. De Bruyne added, "It's basically more business-wise for them."
