Mangalam Industrial Finance Ltd has extended its ₹48.08 crore rights issue of 48,08,21,750 equity shares at ₹1 per share, open till November 14, 2025. The proceeds will strengthen its NBFC operations and support its new EV Fleet Financing initiative, aimed at funding electric vehicle operators across India.
