Violence in Manipur has significantly declined since President’s Rule was imposed on February 13, officials said on Sunday. Only one protest-related death and 29 injuries have been reported, compared to 260 deaths and over 1,700 injuries earlier, they added. Meanwhile, anti-narcotics operations led to seizure of over 460 kg of drugs and arrest of 84 individuals, officials said.
