Despite having members in the Lok Sabha, Assembly, and Legislative Council, Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) is yet to be recognized as a political party. At the party’s national session, patron Jitan Ram Manjhi demanded 20 seats from NDA to meet recognition criteria. He also aims for Rajya Sabha representation. Recognition brings benefits like a permanent symbol and official party status.
