A Reddit user, who recently returned to India, shared his take on H-1B visa system and workplace culture in US. The user said one of his reasons for returning was toxic behaviour of some Indian managers. "There...are...so many...Indians...who...hire other Indians...only to abuse...their visa status...They avoid hiring Americans because they know they can't push them to work 24/7," the post read.
